cas dermatoscópicas preocupantes, así como de las lesiones donde no se encuentren rasgos
dermatoscópicos distintivos). Por otra parte, la dermatoscopia es el método preferido para
seleccionar los lugares para punción biópsica en los nevos gigantes de EB. Teniendo en
cuenta la fragilidad de la piel y la posible cicatrización deciente en los pacientes con EB,
este procedimiento parece preferible a la escisión proláctica completa de los nevos de EB.
